we aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible there is usually someone online to respond between 9am-9pm Monday - Saturday.

- Synthetic Wool, Beads for eyes, Natural Cotton, Glass vile to hold the pearl/pearls.

Are your products Vegan Friendly?
Yes all our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.
How can I pay?
You can pay via secure online banking or PayPal. Simply add items to your basket, proceed to the checkout and then you can proceed to your payment method.
How do I know my ring size?
All our rings are size adjustable which you can adjust to each finger.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes all relevant jewellery is hallmarked.
I tried to checkout but my items disappeared what do I do?
Please check your payment method (if entered details) if you see the money has left your account
please contact us to ensure we have received your order.
If no transaction was completed refresh the page, log back in and re-add items to your cart.
How long does delivery take?
When you place a order we will notify you of your expected delivery time, if you have a specific date you would like your item(s) delivered. Please email us or use our contact form prior to making the purchase to ensure we can accommodate this.

How does Fabulash Pearls work?
You place a order which includes an Oyster opening, we will then contact you with our next live Oyster opening date, you can choose to opt out of the live experience and we can send you pictures instead.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Due to our products containing small pieces this is a choking hazard, we recommend keeping products away from children under 3 years.
What are Oysters?
Our Oysters are farmed in fresh water. The pearl(s) are created inside the Oysters when the oyster breathes- opens and closes. Often when this happens, small parts of debris get inside the oyster; this will irritate it much like a itch. It is this process that creates your magical pearl. This process continues until the end of its life. The longer the oyster lives- the large the pearl. Whilst this is happening difference in temperature will determine the pearls colour. Each beautiful colour has its own special and significant meaning.
